Overview
The support group content comprises 52 discussions—one for each week of the year—designed to assist individuals with mood disorders in managing their condition more effectively. These discussions are held with a supportive group comprising individuals with a mood disorder and their supporters, who meet weekly for a one-hour discussion guided by the content outlined below. The content is repeated each year.

This six-week section focuses on the Wellness Circle, with special emphasis on using the 5 Ss - Support, Surroundings, Systems, Skills, Supplies - to reinforce positive changes.

This section focuses on the Rhythms practice in the Wellness Circle. You will help you refine the rhythms of your life, including your circadian rhythm, morning and evening routines, and other habits that constitute your life patterns.
